Fundraising for Fabrica
Story
I am one of a group of artists who are fundraising for Fabrica, a gallery that has been at the heart of Brighton for 22 years but whose future is now uncertain due to local funding cuts.
The space, facilities and support which Fabrica provides to local artists like me is unique. It nurtures a wide range of people and talents and would be a devastating loss to the community.
On Saturday 24th February 2018 I will be taking part in a draw-a-thon involving drawing for hours on end. Please sponsor me and contribute to this great cause. There will also be a writer's relay.
There will be 30 other artists and writers taking part. The event will run from 11am-4pm in the gallery. Please come and join us, and watch a non-stop stream of drawings unfurl and read new stories as they emerge. Entry is free. Refreshments on sale.
