Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Dan and I have decided to join Andy Reeve in the bike ride he is organising in memory of his brother and our friend, Matthew Reeve who passed away suddenly in July 2010 from a Pulmonary Embolism. Andy himself had a DVT in his leg in October 2009 resulting him being diagnosed with Protein C deficiency and now takes Warfarin. Several of his family have experienced blood clots to.

We will be cycling the 155 miles (roughly) from Birmingham to Weymouth over 2 days. No doubt it will be tough and probably very tiring but if it helps to spread the message of the good work done by Lifeblood and raise some money too then  it will all be worth it.
