I am part of a team running the Bananaman Triathlon for my children's school on July 12th. The aim is to raise money to promote sport in the school.  As a firm believer in the benefit of joining in (and watching) sport I thought I should put on my running shoes and join in.  I'm going to be running 7.5km (which is further than you think or I thought until I started training) as part of a great team.

I know that lots of you get slightly inundated with requests for support but I would really appreciate it if you could find it in your finances to give something to the cause.  I think that it's pretty simple to donate through JustGiving. I'm also assured that it's totally secure. They won't use your details for anything and will send the money direct to the charity and make sure that Gift Aid is extracted for any UK tax payer.

Can't say I've really enjoyed sprinting/crawling through Regent's Park so please make it worth while and give what you can.
