Story
As you know I work for Mentoring Plus and over the last year have seen the positive impact a mentor can have, I've recently become a mentor myself and seen the work first hand. Please support if you can.
My mentor helps me a lot. If you are angry, she calms you down. Me and her have lots of talks about thingsAfter a challenging year our young people and their families need us now more than ever. By walking with us or donating you will help us provide recovery mentoring for local young people in needWith our support young people report positive outcomes, an increase in confidence and self-esteem, improved mental health and wellbeing, improved relationships with families and better engagement at their school. All of these are more important now given that they have not only been dealing with individual challenges but also a year of lockdown and restrictions. Isolation and lack of peer support has understandably meant that demand for our mentoring is higher than ever before. Thank you for your support it means a lot to Mentoring Plus and all the young people we support.
