Story

I've been thinking of doing a challenge before I turn the big 40 in July. So from the 1st Jan till the 27th July (the day before my birthday) I am going to run 40 10k's.

Whilst I am doing this I want to raise awareness for a great charity called The Lilly Foundation. Everyday in the UK a child is born who will develop mitochondrial disease. There are currently limited treatments and no cure. It is a cruel disease and has taken too many too soon.Inspired by Bill and his family I am doing all I can to raise as much money as I can to help The Lily Foundation, a charity dedicated to supporting those effected and in funding important research to find a cure. Please donate if you can, together we will beat mito!

So here we go!! 40 x 10k's if you want to join me on any of the runs I will appreciate the company or sponsor/donate any funds to this cause.
