The Trust Technique is a gentle mindfulness approach that has been shown to be effective in promoting overall wellbeing and reducing stress and anxiety in both animals and humans, as well as building a deeper sense of trust and connection with each other.

It works wonders for sensitive animals that have experienced trauma,  have behavioural issues, from fear, aggression with people/animals, separation anxiety, hyperactivity, and training issues.  I have helped horses, dogs, cats, goats and more.

Animals Asia is a big success story, but there is still much to do.  They have been fighting to end an awful practice known as bear bile farming across Asia.
