A family member (whom i did the Great North run with last year) has been affected by Colitis since a young age and i believe the charity does great things to make such sufferers lives better both with research and practical support. Sadly I'm doing the run alone this year as the condition once again is active.

I hope to beat last years time and do the run in under 2 and a 1/2 hours so wish me luck and dig deep!!
