Seven years on since my last triathlon, I’m coming out of retirement to once again raise money for this worthy cause. Motor neurone disease is a condition that my dad was sadly diagnosed with. He loved sport and played football until his 70th year, then losing all physical capacity completely.

I’m grateful to be able to walk, run, speak, ride a bike, swim and just breathe. I’m grateful for any support you can give and through donations, we can contribute to research into MND.
