Story
It's always hard when you lose someone you love and that someone was a person who helped you see sense and make you feel that things would work out ok. Someone who was always there at the drop of a hat and someone who, although wasn't always able to show he cared, was there for you no matter what.
I could do with my dad right now, to help me feel that things will be ok, when life seems so so hard.
I've always found running something that is hard, especially the breathing when I have asthma. And trying to get into a rhythm with your strides and breathing is so tricky! But I have had fabulous friends who have helped me build up my running stamina and speed. They have been there through many runs, warm-ups and races over the last two years and I couldn't have done what I have done without their support. So this year, I am hoping to run my farthest distance ever-10 miles! This takes place on the weekend of the York marathon-9th October. I would really love to raise more money to support MND.
Raising money for Motor Neurone Disease gives me so much hope for today and reassurance that eventually, things will be ok tomorrow. Thanks for your huge support, friend. It means so much to know you are there.
