As you may know the Sussex Snowdrop Trust supported us in caring for our little boy Toby who sadly passed away in 2007. The whole team were truly amazing and we could not have done it without them. From the nurses who helped us with his feeding routine and medical needs to the counsellor who supported us through our grief. The charity will always be a part of our family so we want to give as much support back to them as possible.
