I am going to (try) and complete a triathlon on the 7th October 2012 for St Lukes! Its a 400m swim, followed by a 22k bike ride and then a 5k run! 

St Lukes is a wonderful charity who has helped my family out more than anyone would believe. Therefore I try to complete at least one fundraiser a year to raise money for this worthy cause, this year i have chosen a triathlon to set me through my paces..
