This is my first proper abseil (don't think i can count abseiling in Centre Parks!!), and like normal Catherine and I can't go half hearted into this so have decided to abseil Guy's Hospital Tower in London, the UK's largest abseilng building (breaking a cold sweat just thinking about it!!!! lol)

We must raise a minimum of £150 but would like to exceed this as much as possible so whatever you have to spare, even if its a few pennies will help and go a long way!!
