Story
I'm climbing Everest for SarcoidosisUK. That’s 8,848m in 12 weeks (starting 1 June) to raise funds for the charity and awareness of the condition. In reality I’ll be climbing up and down the cliffs where I live and going on numerous hilly walks.
Autoimmune diseases, like Sarcoidosis, can be debilitating and devastating for those with the condition and their families who love them. Sarcoidosis normally affects the lungs making it difficult to breathe and causing extreme fatigue. Being a respiratory illness, the Coronavirus is particularly dangerous.
SarcoidosisUK is a tiny charity providing support and information for people with sarcoidosis, and funding research into a cure.
Any donation during these tight times will be much appreciated and ensure this amazing charity can keep going. Thank you so much, Jenny xx
