On the way to London for tonight Night Hike. Excited and a teeny bit nervous. Thanks to all who have supported me, especially Mr Sonners who has made sure that even if I look exhausted I'll look stylish too.

Maggies centres provide an amazing safe place for people with cancer to go to after their treatment for love and support. In a beautifully designed place, cancer sufferers can meet to chat, have a cup of tea or just have some quiet time.

Many of you or someone you know will be affected by cancer at some point in your life, and speaking from experience it can be devastating for the patient, their families and friends. Hospitals are not nice places to be and Maggies Centres provide the perfect antidote. 

Training has begun, I have trainers and lycra and I'm not afraid to use them.
