Story
I'm doing this trek in memory of my dad and cousin, Angie. My dad died from bowel cancer in 2003 and Angie died from a brain tumour in 2012.
It's horrible that so many of us get cancer, but Macmillan support millions of people at the hardest time in their life. Since working for Macmillan I have heard countless stories from cancer survivors, relatives and friends, saying how Macmillan nurses are 'angels' and that they don't know how they'd have got through it without their Macmillan nurse.
Some people don't realise that without the generosity of the public Macmillan would not exist.
This is a massive challenge for me - both the fitness and the fundraising. Please donate what you can.
