Childhood cancer doesnt stop for a worldwide pandemic instead it makes children more vulnerable and families more scared. It makes a hard journey- even harder. Team Henry desperately need the support to continue to support families during this time

Story

I wanted to really put some clout behind ditching the booze this year and a lovely lovely colleague of mine has had an incredibly testing year. His son Beau has suffered from a life changing  and rare condition, whereby he has had to learn to walk, talk, eat and function again. The condition (Pervasive Arousal Withdrawal Syndrome  - PAWS) is incredibly rare and dangerous. The body essentially completely shuts down.

The condition usually arises as a result of a trauma or illness and can be treated.

when I asked rich if there was a charity which helped raise awareness for PAWS he informed me there wasn't, however The Henry Allen trust had provided much needed respite, relief and help through Beau's ongoing recovery. Therefore i want to help Beau and his family and try and repay some of the mazing work the Charity do.
