More and more we are hearing on the news, and in our local communities, of women being the targets of abuse and violence. According to the ONS, two women are killed every week by either their partner or their ex-partner. 

We want to help. A group of women from the Aylesbury area are going to be carol singing this Christmas to raise money for Aylesbury Women's Aid. AWA are a charity who provide support for women, young people and their families who are, or have been affected by domestic abuse.

The money raised will help towards the AWA being able to provide free support to these individuals in their times of great need. The work the AWA does will then help enable and empower women to create a future that is free from abuse and violence.

We want to send a message to those women and their families that there is still hope, we care about them and the AWA can help. Please donate what you can. Your donations matter and will make a real lasting difference.
