Hi guys, as most of you will know our mum has Alzheimer's and dementia which has been heartbreaking for her and all of the family. 

Lynne and I decided to take part in pedal for Scotland and we thought it would be an idea to try and raise a little cash for Alzheimer's Scotland in the process as they have been a great support to my dad. You all know how unfit I am but Lynne is forcing me out to train for this as apparently I'm not allowed to try and wing it on the day.

This will give me extra motivation to give it my all and hopefully the money will help find a cure but until then it will help keep supporting other family's in the same situation.
