London Marathon 2021

London Marathon 2021 · 3 October 2021 ·
Last year, I completed the 'virtual' London Marathon around Norfolk due to the pandemic. And this year, I'm ready to do it all again but in the big smoke! I'll be running the 2021 London Marathon for JDRF.
Founded in 1970, this charity is dedicated to researching type 1 diabetes, whilst offering support and treatment to those who suffer from it. In the UK alone, roughly 400,000 people suffer from Type 1 diabetes, including my Dad who was diagnosed when he was 21. What's more, this number is thought to be increasing by 4% every year, with the UK having one of the highest rates in the world. Any support - little or large - would be hugely appreciated and is helping people like my Dad get the support and treatment that's needed every day.
