I'm running my first ever race/long run.
I'm nervous and it'll be a challenge for my fitness, but I'm eager and excited to do it, and i'd love to raise some money for a great charity in the process!

Alzheimer Scotland helps people with dementia, their carers and families, and any money you can spare for it will be used for a good cause.
