Hello! We are two sisters, Emily and Jen and this October we will be running the Cardiff half marathon (13.1 miles!!) This has been a goal of ours since we both ended up at Cardiff university.

We have decided that we will run the half marathon fundraising for ‘Bowel Cancer UK’, a charity that provides support to bowel cancer patients, funds vital research and raises awareness of the disease symptoms.

This is an important charity to us and our family as we will be running in memory of our Grampy, John, and in support of our Grandpa, Dougie. We will be running with both on our minds and this will make it a very special run.   

We would greatly appreciate any sponsors however, if there’s one thing to take away from this message it’s: check your poo, it might just save your life!
