I lost a twin at 17weeks and carried on to have the other twin at 29 weeks, 5 long weeks in hospital and now have 18yr old.

The heartache of losing one is there everyday the guilt and grief is there everyday it never goes away, people use to say to me you have to get over and look after one you have... at time you do but then you never grieve for the one you lost.

At my largest I was 24 Stone in weight, I am now 9 and determined to live my life to the full and do as much for others as I possibly can
