Story
As some of you may know in September 2014 I was diagnosed with a brain tumour which was operated on the following year in October 2015 (grade 2 astrocytoma) Brain tumours are the biggest cancer killer of children and adults under 40. Over 10,600 people are diagnosed each year with a primary brain tumour, which is 29 people every year. Although the statistics are shocking The Brain Tumour Charity has provided me with a great support system and put me in contact with those in similar situations allowing us to share our stories. The brain tumour charity are determined to increase survival and reduce the effect that brain tumours have on quality of life and are committed to funding world class research into brain tumours. Myself and my husband are walking the 10K twilight walk in Chester this October to raise money for the brain tumour charity and in our own way give back to such a fantastic charity to continue there hard work and for all the care I have received.
Each donation is greatly appreciated..by continuing to raise awareness and funding one day we will help the brain tumour charity find a cure for this disease. Thankyou ❤....and now changed to grade 4 cancer 👊🏼
