I have decided to run the Brighton marathon this year for Help for Heroes. On April 27th 2012 my cousin Mike was killed in Afghanistan. He had been out there for only three weeks and died a father aged 22. His brother Sean, myself and Mike grew up together and they are the closest I have to brothers. His death has hit all my family hard and so I decided I would try and do something to make a difference and help out others that have been in a similar situation to Mike.

The marathon is on April 14th so please come along and support and dig deep for a worthy cause.
