Story

The Mental Health Foundation is the UKs charity for everyone's mental health. With prevention at the heart of what they do, the Mental Health Foundation aims to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.

I am the Mental Health First Aider at Tila Commercial, being someone that doesn't always have the best mental health, and knowing many people around me that I love go through it as well, it is important to me to raise awareness that it is ok to not be ok. So I am going to yell and scream this message whilst jumping out of a plane!

The Mental Health Foundation believe no-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live. We’re developing better ways to support good mental health in every community.
