For those of you who know me I love the Gym, but I am not a natural runner. So when my friend  Justine asked me before Christmas would Ii like ot run the Half Marathon with her in March, I just laughed. Then 3 hours later I had talked myself into it. I'm still really scared about the event but I'm pushing myself every week with my running.

Shirley  Mullens was a lovely lady who battled with cancer for a long time. Woodlands Hospice suported Shirley and cared for her and I would like to help support the charity to care for others in the future.
