Friends of the Cancer Centre is a charity which is extremely close to our families hearts as Paul spent 13 weeks here in the City Hospital in Belfast, undergoing treatment for the rare and very aggressive form of cancer ‘Yolk Sac Tumour’ which he was diagnosed with on 2nd August. While in the Cancer Centre he was treated with the upmost care and compassion by all staff, and created close relationships with many who tried to make his time there as comfortable as possible not only for  Paul but for us all as a family.
