Walk 10 miles on any day during the month of March to raise funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans

Story

Today I walked 10 miles along the Fife coast between Crail and Kingsbarns and to Cambo and back to raise funds for veterans mental health services.   The scenery was amazing and the weather refreshing with mix of sun, hail stones and chilly winds on the exposed areas of coast. I work with Combat Stress as an Outreach OT. It matters greatly to the veterans to continue to have therapy to address their PTSD, anxiety and depression. If you can spare a little cash please consider donating to my page. Every little bit helps to keep our services running.
