Calling all dashers, dancers and prancers... This 11-13 December, get moving for mental health. Walk, jog or run - it's 5K your way! Its time to prioritise mental health and we need your support to ensure we can be there for everyone who needs us.
Story
At a time when we need to stay apart, it is important that we still feel connected to one another. Aware are encouraging people all over Ireland and come together virtually to take on a 5K challenge in support of mental health.
Aware have seen a dramatic increase in demand for their services since March, as we all adjust to a new way of life.
Your support will help ensure they can continue to provide vital, free services for individuals and families impacted by depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.
They need your help now, more than ever. Can you support my fundraiser?
