The big 'C' affects millions of people worldwide each year and certainly over the passed few years I have known more and more people who have been directly affected including the lovely Clare.

Clare was always cheery and had a smile on her face who bravely fought and sadly lost her battle with Cancer. Help us to help people who are putting on their brave face and battling this each day.
