I'll be flying out to Peru at the end of September, where i will trek and camp for 10 days high up in the Andean peaks at altitudes over 4,100m (13,700ft) through jungles trails and cloud forests, eventually arriving at one of the 7 new wonders of the wall, the breath taking city Machu Picchu.

Mercy MinistriesUK exist to provide opportunities for young women to experience God's unconditional love; forgiveness and life transforming power in partnership with their local church.

 

The national charity is dedicated to providing a six-month residential Christian discipleship programme for young women suffering from life controlling issues, such as eating disorders, self-harm, depression, and the effects of abuse in all its forms.

 

MMUK are committed to providing the young women they serve with excellent programme services that allow them to recognize their self-worth and prepare them to reach their full potential.

Their Christ-centred approach to healing allows young women to permanently stop destructive cycles and prepares them to take hope out into their communities.

Since opening their doors in 2006 they have had the honour of seeing more than 100 girls have the opportunity to experience the life transforming power and unconditional love of God.
