The first time I ran the Manchester 10k, The Wife (Vicky Jackson) met me at the finish line, she was slightly hungover, and when I say finish line, I had already finished as she was running late, but she still made it out to cheer me on....

Four years on, and I feel it is time to do it all again, this time in her memory and to raise money for Melanoma UK. Vicky passed away from Melanoma Cancer on the 5th June 2012, and although life goes on, I still miss her massively, every single day, and wish she was here to share moments with, laugh until we cry, be a shoulder to cry on, a confidant and give me her good old "Vicky Jackson Straight to the Point" advice.
