I started a personal journal in May 2021 to better my health and have to date lost nearly 7 1/2 stone in 10 months and reversed type 2 diabetes.

I've taken on as my next challenge to take part in Season 9 of the Road to Glory boxing programme.

I will be taking part in an intensive boxing training which finishes off with a white collar boxing showcase 'fight night' with 29 other contenders at the MECA in Swindon on the 28th May 2022. 

Whilst completing the program I want to raise funds for a local Swindon charity BEST - Be a Better You.

BEST is a Charitable organisation aimed at helping youths aged 11-25 move away from a growing gang culture in Swindon by providing intensive mentorship programs in a number of different physical activities such as Boxing, MMA & Football.
