My sister Marie passed away in October 2018 at the age of 29, due to complications related to Type 1 diabetes.

For her birthday this year, we wanted to mark the occasion by doing something positive that would raise awareness and funds for http://www.diabetes.org.uk

With lockdown and social distancing in place we have decided to walk to Benidorm and back without actually going to sunny Spain and that’s 3000 miles!

For 31 days throughout March, my friends and I will be walking and walking and walking to get to our target and raise lots of awareness for this fantastic charity.
