As some of you may be aware my Dad sadly passed away in September after a 10 day fight in hospital after suffering a sudden major heart attack.

The British Heart Foundation is now a charity close to my families hearts, doing all we can to raise money for such a worthy cause and so we can possibly help at least one family to not have to go through what we have.

And so on the 16th March i will be taking part in a sponsored 10K run at the Wyre Forest - yes 10K may not seem a lot to some but i can assure you its like a Marathon to me! :-)
