Story
Hugh Forgie was a CLL patient who fundraised heavily for the Friend;s of the Paul O'Gorman, the leukaemia research centre we work in. Hugh was gearing up for a 2000 mile cycle from Glasgow to the bottom of Italy for his latest challenge, but sadly lost his battle with leukaemia last year. As a team, we want to honour Hugh and all his efforts to help us, by completing a 2000 mile journey by various means.
Jen and I are by no means members of the British Canoe Association, and the 9 mile length of the Crinan Canal will be a challenge! Please sponsor us and our twig arms (Jodie's arms mainly) to canoe up the Crinan!
We are supporters of the Paul O'Gorman Leukaemia Research Centre within the University of Glasgow, and we are raising vital funds to help make the lives of leukaemia patients better through the discovery of better treatments. Please support us in any way you can!
