Story

I took up triathlons three years ago with my big brother James to try and take some of the strain off my knees from all the running...I absolutely fell in love and have been boring everyone that will listen ever since about how awesome the sport is!

After a half Ironman last year with a time of 6:01:35, James and I decided to set our sights on something bigger...a full Ironman - 2.4mile swim followed by a 112mile cycle and topped off with a 26.2mile run (so much for looking after my knees!).

Training has officially commenced this week and I have a long way to go but I am confident that we can both do it and finish with smiles on our faces!

I need your support though...I have pledged to raise £1000 for Scope, an awesome charity that aims to drive change across society so that disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else.

If you can spare it then please give whatever you can to support this special cause, any donations will be gratefully received.
