On 16th October I will be attempting to run the Bath Half to raise funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association and in memory of my dad who lost his life to this disease on 13th May this year.

It is a truly horrible disease that in the space of 2 years stripped him of all dignity and movement.

The MND Association does amazing work in the community to support families going through this as well as carrying out vital research to help find a cure.  And I will be raising money for the Bristol and Bath group of the MND Association.

Please give whatever you can to support this charity and I vow to get myself over the finish line in some shape or form.
