As some of you may know, Jemma had a stroke at the start of the Christmas Holidays, and I am devastated to say that Jemma passed away on the 8th January 2016.

Jemma is leaving behind a fantastic legacy in her three boys, and I know that as a teacher she has had an impact on so many lives...

It is important to remember Jemma as the kind, thoughtful and caring person that she was, and to not dwell on that fact that she is now gone from this world.

Jemma received amazing care at the Walton Centre in Liverpool, and, as a family, we would like to return their kindness by raising money for the amazing work that they do.
