Earlier this year, the sky earned one of the brightest, hard working stars ever. My Dad. He's an amazing person and everyone who had ever met him, no matter the length of time, has a memory of him.

He was diagnosed with adrenal carcinoma in 2011 and fought it right up to June 2012, having his kidney and a large blood clot removed and going through heavy chemotherapy. Sadly even after trying a trial drug, nothing else could be done.

We had done a charity run when my mum wasnt well a few years ago and he took great pride in it.

So I figured it was time to don my running shoes again and get running!

This time the charity is Macmillan Cancer Support as they supported each member of my family right through the tough times and helped make my dads remaining time comfortable. Hoping to raise as much as possible, but to do that i need your help!

So please guys, it doesnt matter how little or large, every penny counts, and lets put it towards finding a cure for cancer and stopping people suffering!
