Taking place in beautiful Pontcanna Fields, around the NHS birthday, everyone is welcome to join the 5k journey. The event will allow participants of all ability levels to compete together in a supportive environment. All welcome.

Story

Cardiff & Vale Health Charity is the official Charity supporting all the wards and departments of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (CAV UHB). With 9 hospitals, 17 health centres and 300+ separate funds, every penny you donate is spent by senior doctors and nurses to benefit our patients.
