Story
Dear friends, family and other wonderful supports,
On 2 July I am cycling 35 miles between London Zoo and Whipsnade Zoo in Bedfordshire to raise money for the Zoological Society of London (ZSL).
It is a charity which funds research and conversation projects to protect animals and habitats worldwide. Most recently the ZSL are working in Nepal to support earthquake recovery by providing food, shelter, and clean water for national park staff. This will allow them to continue to protect iconic species such as tigers, rhinos, and snow leopards.
I have never cycled more than 7 miles or done any fund raising before. I will also be doing it dressed as a Zebra. While I am no stranger to fancy dress, the long distance cycle and the fund raising are new challenges for me. Anything you can spare, however small would be gratefully received.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and for all your support.
