Me and Kate do pretty much everything together....so the only right thing to do was attempt to run 5k together too for an amazing charity!

However, one too many nights in Donny and Pop, numerous coffees and naughty trips to Subway may have taken their toll, so this is looking harder than we imagined...

This is why we need your help! If you sponsor us we'll have no choice but to train so we can actually pass the finish line and not feel bad about asking you for your hard earned cash (or borrowed student loan, whatever).

No matter how little your donation may be, every penny helps and it will be 10000% appreciated. Last year when I did this I cried my eyes out, because I saw where the money I raised was going. It really is an incredible charity that changes lives, so please give what you can.

Kate:

I was so annoyed with myself that I didn't do race for life last year when I had the chance.. however Jemma did and raised an amazing amount of money for a brilliant cause. And also jogging the entire 5k. Which will definitely take some doing as I can barely run for the bus in a morning.

However I am determined this year to do it, as last year my mum left the hospital with the all clear.
