Once again I am back on the road to Ironman.  After the success and "enjoyment" of my last Ironman in Frankfurt, I have decided to have another crack at it and will be swimming 2.4 miles in Lake Zurich, cycling 112 miles through the Swiss countryside and then running 26.2 miles through the streets and lakeshore of Zurich.

I cant' wait and hope that I can raise some much needed funds for Cystic Fibrosis Trust in the process also.

As I have always said, doing an Ironman is a tough day but it is nothing compared to the determination and effort that Children with CF put in 365 days per year.
