I joined the Posse Advisory Board this year and each day in 2020 has made it more apparent to me how timely and necessary this mission is.

In this moment when systemic inequalities and global challenges are impossible to ignore, I know I am contributing to positive change when I support the Posse program and their young leaders.  Posse was inspired by a student who said he never would have dropped out of college if he'd had his posse with him. The simple idea: send a team (a Posse) of 10 diverse students from the same area together to college and prepare them for 9 months before school, and continue to support them through their education and beyond, setting them up for success (90% graduation rate), and setting up us as business leaders with a diverse pipeline of future talent. Posse has now supported almost 10,000 students nationwide in winning $1.5 billion in scholarships from Posse's partner colleges!  Posse stands for everything I believe in.
