In 2010 I'm doing 4x trail runs totalling 61k (about 38 miles). Hawkshead (24/04); Staveley/Garburn (05/06); Keswick (05/09); Coniston (02/10).  Terrain is a mix of field, gravel, bog etc.  Your money is a major help on the climbs up to that stunning scenery.

£5 Buys an activity pack for children visiting relatives in one of our 10 hospices.

£20 Pays for a Marie Curie Nurse for one hour in the home.

£30 Buys a slide sheet used by Marie Curie Nurses to move patients in bed.

£125 Would pay for attendance at a Day Therapy unit for one day in a Marie Curie hospice.
