Sophie and I are doing the Prudential Ride London  event on 10th August 2014. We will be starting at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and then cycling 100 miles across London and the North Downs in Surrey, which includes climbing the infamous Leith Hill and Box Hill before returning to London and finishing at The Mall. This is a big challenge for us and we appreciate your support.

We are raising money for Epilepsy Action as we have a number of friends whose lives are affected by epilepsy. We hope that you will show your support for our challenge by donating to this worthwhile cause.
