We help blind and partially sighted people to break down the barriers of sight loss
Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
This year we have set ourselves a big challenge - the Great North Run! This our first half-marathon and we are running for an excellent cause, the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB). The RNIB is the UK's leading charity offering information, support and advice to over two million people with sight loss.
We really want to raise as much as we can to help RNIB continue to provide their vital services for blind and partially sighted people, so any donations would be much appreciated!
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Thank you very much for your support.

Every day 250 people in the UK start losing their sight. With your help, we can be there when people need us most, support independent living, create an inclusive society and prevent avoidable sight loss. Every pound you raise will help create a future where sight loss is no longer a barrier.
