I've been mad enough to join a team of Sunday cyclists, led by that well known Svengali Johnny Rae, called, erm, 'the Sunday Cyclists' to do Pedal for Scotland's 2019 Glasgow to Edinburgh bike ride on Sunday 8 September. The team are raising funds for Cancer Research UK, who are doing amazing work but always need our support!

As many of you will know, I was diagnosed with advanced bowel cancer in January 2018, and am still involved in the battle of my life to beat it. I am currently in chemotherapy and targeted therapy but am tolerating the treatment well, and most importantly am still able to cycle!
