Welcome to my fundraising page for Walk Her Way 5K!  Walk Her Way 5K is a virtual run/walk fundraiser to raise $50,0000 for Compassion House Foundation. I'll be walking my 5 K in May and I'd love to have you join me!

It's hard for me to express what the Compassion House meant to me while I stayed there, the room is easy to explain, a place to stay and call a temporary home. It's the feeling of acceptance, the  understanding, support and belonging that I felt during my stay that are hardier to explain. I spent a month there during treatments and it was a sanctuary during crazy uncertain times.  I was forunate to meet some Compassion House "Sassy Sisters" while there and as a team we decided to join forces to raise funds for Compassion House.  Donations directly support the hundreds of women with cancer who access Compassion House Foundation each year, helping them find comfort, connection, and community during a time when they need it most. I pray that none of your loved ones get cancer but we all know someone that has or had cancer, please consider donating. P.S. Any donation of $25 or more will receive a tax receipt.
